This set comes with 1 x 16g CO2 cartridge, 1 x silicone grip, and 1 x CO2 pump head. It's compatible with both Presta and Schrader valves. Using this Birzman CO2 cartridge set is easy. First, attach the CO2 pump head to the valve of your bike tire, whether it's Presta or Schrader. Then, screw the 16g CO2 cartridge onto the pump head. As you turn the cartridge, the CO2 will start flowing into the tire. When inflating, keep an eye on the pressure. For a 700x23 road tyre, stop when it reaches 120 PSI, and for a 26' MTB tyre, stop at 30 PSI. After use, remove the cartridge and pump head. Store the set in a cool, dry place. If the silicone grip gets dirty, you can wash it with mild soap and water. Don't over - tighten the cartridge as it may cause damage. And always make sure the valve is in good condition before using the set.
