Using this tape is easy. First, clean the area on your bike where you want to apply the tape. Then, take the tape out of the reusable tub and cut it to the desired length and shape. Stick it firmly on the chainstay or other areas you want to protect. When cutting, use a sharp pair of scissors for a clean cut.
