The Squadra Stretch wind shell is your perfect companion for cool-weather bike rides or long descents. It effectively blocks the wind, keeping you warm and comfortable. The stretch panels on the sides and sleeves are a game-changer. They ensure a snug fit to your body, eliminating any flapping fabric and giving you an aerodynamic edge on all terrains. This isn't your ordinary wind shell. We've reimagined its design and construction. Instead of the old-fashioned nylon shell with limited stretch, we've used a high-stretch, tightly knit fabric for the panels. This allows for a modern, close-to-body fit that retains more heat than a loose-fitting jacket. It's also incredibly compact and can easily be packed into a jersey pocket. The stretch panels are water-repellent, useful in a light mist, but remember, this is not a full-fledged rain jacket. Key features include a coated ripstop nylon front, back, and front of sleeves to block the wind, high-collar to keep out drafts, reflective details on the chest and lower back for low-light visibility, a weight of 138gm, suitable for temperatures between 10°C - 18°C (50°F - 64°F), and a performance fit.

How to use: Slip on the Castelli Squadra Stretch Cycling Jacket at the start of your cool-weather ride or when going on a long descent. The high collar can be zipped up to keep drafts out. It fits snugly thanks to the stretch panels, so you'll feel aerodynamic on the bike. When the weather warms up, simply pack it into your jersey pocket. Note: This jacket is not a true rain jacket. While the stretch panels are water-repellent and can handle a light mist, it won't keep you dry in heavy rain. Maintenance: After use, it's best to hand wash the jacket in cold water. Use a mild detergent and gently squeeze out the water. Avoid wringing it as this could damage the fabric. Hang it to dry in a well-ventilated area. Don't expose it to direct sunlight for too long as it might fade the colors. And that's it! With proper care, your jacket will last you many rides.
