The first aero jersey project was named Split Second. In 2006, when Castelli designed the first aero jersey for road racing, people thought we were nuts. Back then, aerodynamics were for TTs, and performance clothing was about moisture - management. You could even win the Tour de France with a baggy polyester T - shirt - like jersey. Our aerodynamic consultants expected only small gains, so we named it Split Second. But the gains were significant, and we transformed the look of the pro peloton. Now, we're on the sixth major update of our aero jersey. Each new generation is more aerodynamic and better - fitting. The Aero Race 6.0 uses CFD analysis of wake flow in the riding position to place fabric and seams. It also takes feedback from Team Ineos riders, ensuring comfort during long - hour training and racing in all weather. Version 6.0 is our most aerodynamic and comfortable Aero Race Jersey so far, and we're already working on 6.1.

How to use: Just put on the jersey like you would any other cycling top. It's designed to fit snugly, so pull it over your head and adjust it to sit properly on your body. It's great for all types of road cycling, whether you're training or racing. Note: Make sure to choose the right size for a perfect fit. If it's too tight, it can be uncomfortable; if it's too loose, you'll lose some of the aerodynamic benefits. Maintenance: Wash it in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners as they can affect the fabric's performance. Hang it to dry instead of putting it in the dryer to prevent any damage to the fabric and seams. This will keep your jersey in top shape for many rides to come.
