Using this Giro Coalition Spherical helmet is easy. First, choose the right size according to the SUPER FIT™ size guide. Put the helmet on your head and adjust the cheek pads for a snug fit. As for maintenance, regularly remove the cheek pads and brow pad for cleaning. You can use mild soap and water to clean the pads and the outer shell.
