Using this Giro Fixture MIPS helmet is easy. First, adjust the Roc Loc® Sport fit system to get a snug and comfortable fit on your head. Make sure the helmet sits level on your forehead and doesn't tilt forward or backward. When riding, always fasten the chin strap securely to keep the helmet in place. As for maintenance, you can clean the helmet with a mild soap and water solution. Gently wipe the exterior and interior of the helmet, then let it air - dry.
