Using this helmet is easy. First, adjust the Roc Loc® 5 Air Mips System to fit your head size. Make sure it's snug but not too tight. When you're out riding, the 16 vents will keep you cool. If you're using goggles, use the strap grippers on the back and the P.O.V. Plus™ visor to place your goggles on the front of the helmet after your ride. For maintenance, clean the Ionic+™ padding regularly with a mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the anti - microbial properties. Check the helmet for any cracks or damages after each use. If you notice any, it's time to replace it. Also, don't forget to store the helmet in a cool, dry place when not in use.
