How to use: Simply put on the knee guards like you would any other knee protector. Make sure they fit snugly around your knees for the best protection.
Note: These knee guards are designed for active use, but don't use them for extremely high - risk activities that they aren't rated for.
Maintenance: To keep them in good shape, clean them regularly with a mild soap and water. Let them air dry. You can replace the open cell pad compound if it gets worn out over time.
