Using your Hiko Ascent electric bike is a breeze. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. To start, simply turn on the power switch. You can use the throttle for an instant boost or switch to pedal - assist mode for a more natural ride. When you're going on a commute, you can attach your Hiko pannier bags to the rear rack. Remember, when you use the brakes, the rear brake light will signal to others. In the dark, the front and rear lights will come on automatically. As for maintenance, keep your tires properly inflated. Check the brakes regularly to ensure they're working well. After a wet ride, dry the bike thoroughly to prevent rust. If you're not using the bike for a long time, store the battery in a cool, dry place and charge it every few months to keep it in good condition.
