Product Detail

The Bolinas Ridge series is an ideal choice for casual riders eager to discover singletrack and dirt trails. The Bolinas Ridge 2 features a Series 1 6061 aluminum frame with a replaceable derailleur hanger and an integrated headset. It comes equipped with a 100mm travel SR Suntour XCM suspension fork for smooth trail riding, Tektro M275 hydraulic disc brakes that offer high - performance stopping power in all trail conditions, durable double - wall rims, serviceable cassette freehubs, and a reliable 3x8 speed Shimano Altus drivetrain. The bike has different wheel sizes to fit riders of all heights. Sizes XS, SM, and MD come with 27.5” wheels, while sizes L, XL, and XXL have 29” wheels for the best fit and performance.

Using your Marin Bolinas Ridge 2 mountain bike is easy. Just hop on, adjust the seat to your comfort, and start pedaling. When riding on different trails, use the 3x8 speed Shimano Altus drivetrain to change gears according to the terrain. For braking, the Tektro M275 hydraulic disc brakes will give you reliable stopping power. Make sure to check the tire pressure regularly, especially before a long ride. Keep the chain clean and lubricated to ensure smooth gear shifting. Also, after riding in wet or muddy conditions, wash the bike thoroughly to prevent rust. If you notice any issues with the suspension fork or other parts, it's best to take it to a professional bike mechanic for maintenance.
