Product Detail

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines stop hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, they come with stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. It fits 2008 - 2009 Honda CRF 250 R. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, improved brake feel and responsiveness, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, 1500 psi factory testing, DOT and TUV approval, 4 copper washers per line, a 12 - month warranty from a UK company, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders available on request. Stock photos are provided, but the part you receive will match the listed models.

Using this brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, adjusting the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Ensure all connections are tight. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear, like fraying or leaks. Clean the line gently with a soft cloth. If you notice any issues, replace the line immediately. Also, remember to change the brake fluid as recommended by your motorcycle's manual. Keep the copper washers in good condition and replace them if they are damaged. And don't forget, if you have any special color or custom order needs, just let the company know.
