Product Detail

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines are crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, which eliminates hose expansion. This means better feel and quicker response throughout your braking system. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with stainless steel swivel unions. You can easily adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. They fit 2004 - 2006 Honda CRF 250 X and 2005 - 2008 Honda CRF 450 X models. The key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, improved brake feel and responsiveness, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval. Each line comes with 4 copper washers as shown in the picture. We're a UK company offering a 12 - month warranty. All parts are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Custom colors and orders are available upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the part you receive will match the listed models.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the caliper and master cylinder where you'll install the brake line. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. The line comes with 4 copper washers, so place them correctly during installation. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage. Keep it clean from dirt and debris. If you notice any issues like a decrease in braking performance, have it inspected right away. Remember, these brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and are DOT and TUV approved, but always follow proper safety procedures when working on your motorcycle.
