Product Detail

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines are crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, which eliminates hose expansion and greatly enhances the feel and response of your braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike most brake lines, they feature stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. They fit 2004 - 2006 Honda CRF 250 X and 2005 - 2008 Honda CRF 450 X. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, improved brake feel and responsiveness, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, 4 copper washers per line, a 12 - month warranty from a UK company, in - stock parts for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders available upon request. Stock photos are provided, but the part you receive will match the listed models.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Then, carefully remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. When installing the new line, use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the connections properly, but don't over - tighten. After installation, bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear, such as cracks or leaks. Keep it clean and free from dirt and debris. If you notice any issues, replace the line as soon as possible. Also, remember that the line comes with a 12 - month warranty from a UK company, so if there are any problems within this period, you can get it sorted out.
