Product Detail

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines, made from marine - grade stainless steel, eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This feature lets you fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these brake lines are a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1998 - 2002 Honda NTV 650 models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to keep the lines in place, and improved brake feel and responsiveness. All parts are in stock and ready to ship immediately. Custom colors and orders are available upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will fit the models mentioned.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line and carefully remove it. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. The stainless steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the angle for a perfect fit. When it comes to maintenance, keep the line clean by wiping it with a soft cloth due to its PVC finish. Check the line regularly for any signs of damage or wear, like cuts or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line immediately. Since the line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets DOT and TUV requirements, you can trust its performance. However, if you're not confident in installing the brake line yourself, it's best to have a professional mechanic do it for you.
