Product Detail

Enhance your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual upgrade from most OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit 1998 - 2000 Honda NTV 650 Deauville and are set up for racing (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). They're braided from marine - grade stainless steel, have DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, and come with rubber grommets to hold the lines in place. They also improve brake feel and responsiveness, and all parts are in stock for immediate despatch. Custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, noting how they're connected to the caliper and master cylinder. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill lines, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Once installed, check for any leaks and test the brakes gently before riding. For maintenance, regularly wipe the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Inspect the lines for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or fraying. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. Remember, these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet TUV and DOT requirements, but proper installation and maintenance are key to their long - term performance.
