Product Detail

AS3 Performance rotating bar clamps are a great upgrade for your Husqvarna. They're made to replace the standard clamp that attaches the master cylinder to the handlebars. Crafted from 6061 billet aluminium with CNC machining, these clamps are strong and durable. A black plastic insert enables the clamp to rotate upon impact, safeguarding the master cylinder and lever from damage in case of a fall. These clamps are anodized with AS3 Performance branding, giving them a sleek look. They come with the necessary bolt for easy installation. Many of our sponsored riders use them, and they look amazing when paired with our matching anodized reservoir covers. The exact part you see in the picture is what you'll get. Fits 2016 - 2021 Husqvarna TC 125, 2017 - 2019 TX 125, 2017 - 2021 TE 150, 250, 300, TX 300, 2016 - 2021 FC 250, 350, 450, 2017 - 2021 FE 250, 350, 450, FX 350, 450, FS 450, and 2017 - 2021 FE 501.

Using this rotating bar clamp is straightforward. First, remove the old clamp that holds the master cylinder to the handlebars. Then, take your new AS3 Performance rotating bar clamp and place it in the same position. Insert the provided bolt and tighten it securely. Make sure it's firmly attached but don't over - tighten. When riding, the great thing about this clamp is that if you have a fall, the black plastic insert allows it to rotate, which protects your master cylinder and levers from getting damaged. As for maintenance, it's a good idea to check the bolt periodically to make sure it hasn't loosened up. You can clean the clamp with a mild soap and water solution to keep it looking great. Also, if you notice any signs of wear on the plastic insert, you might want to consider replacing it to ensure continued protection.
