Product Detail

AS3 Performance rear brake reservoir cooling extensions are a great addition to your Husqvarna motorcycle. They screw into the rear brake master cylinder, increasing the brake fluid capacity in the reservoir. This drop in overall brake fluid temperature means better rear - brake performance during hot, high - pressure races. It fits 2022 - 2023 Husqvarna TE 150, TE 250, TE 300, FE 250, FE 350, FE 350 S, FE 450, FE 501, and FE 501 S models with Braktec master cylinders, but won't work with Rockstar editions that have Brembo brakes. Key features include more brake fluid in the rear reservoir, solving brake fading issues, CNC machining from 6061 billet aluminium, easy installation in seconds, a rubber gasket, an anodized finish for corrosion resistance, and a laser - etched AS3 Performance logo. The part you receive will be exactly as shown in the picture.

Using this AS3 rear brake reservoir cooling extension is a breeze. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the rear brake master cylinder on your 2022 - 2023 Husqvarna TE or FE model (as long as it has a Braktec master cylinder). Unscrew the existing part and screw in the new cooling extension. It should fit easily and can be done in seconds. Just ensure it's tightened properly. Note that this extension won't fit Rockstar editions with Brembo brakes. For maintenance, check the rubber gasket regularly. If it shows signs of wear, replace it. The anodized finish helps resist corrosion, but it's still a good idea to clean it occasionally with a mild cleaner to keep it in top shape. That way, you'll keep enjoying better rear - brake performance during your races.
