Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance upgrade, but with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they are a great visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 2008 - 2012 Kawasaki 250 R Ninja and have a standard OEM setup. Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is quite easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines from the caliper and master cylinder carefully. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake lines using the provided bolts and copper washers. Use the swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Remember to bleed the brake system after installation to get rid of any air bubbles and ensure proper function. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of wear, like cracks or leaks. You can use a clean cloth to wipe the PVC finish and keep it looking good.
