Product Detail

Upgrade your braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines reduce hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Each line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions on AS3 Venhill brake lines let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. It's not just a performance boost; with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, it's also a visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. This product fits 2008 - 2012 Kawasaki 250 R Ninja models. It has a standard OEM setup, so it fits just like the original lines. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, stainless steel swivel unions, DOT and TUV approval, and it comes with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request. Note that the photos are stock photos.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is simple. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully following your motorcycle's manual. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, adjusting the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and washers that come with the product. After installation, check for any leaks and test the brakes gently. When it comes to maintenance, keep the brake line clean. You can use a soft cloth to wipe the PVC finish. Inspect the line regularly for any signs of wear, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Also, make sure the rubber grommets are in place to hold the line steady. For custom - colored lines, take extra care as they might require special cleaning methods. Always follow the safety instructions and if you're unsure about anything, consult a professional mechanic.
