Product Detail

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines reduce hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're not only a performance boost but also a visual upgrade over OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit 2008 - 2013 Kawasaki 250 R Ninja. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for line placement, improved brake feel and responsiveness, and much more. Custom colors and orders are available on request, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch.

Using this AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully and replace it with the new one. Adjust the banjo angle using the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and add the copper washers as shown in the pictures. When it comes to maintenance, simply wipe the PVC finish clean regularly to keep it looking good. Check the lines for any signs of wear or damage every few months. Avoid using harsh chemicals on the brake line. If you notice any leaks or a decrease in brake performance, stop using the bike and have the brake line checked immediately. And remember, if you want a custom color, just let us know!
