Upgrade your braking system's look and feel with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your entire braking system. Each AS3 Venhill brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, the AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines from your 2006 - 2008 Kawasaki ER6 F or ER6 N (Non ABS). Then, attach the new lines using the included bolts and copper washers. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit with the caliper and master cylinder. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. Wipe them down with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Since they're made of marine - grade stainless steel and DuPont PTFE hosing, they're quite durable, but still, avoid sharp objects that could cut the lines.
