Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your 2006 - 2008 Kawasaki ER6 F or N (Non ABS). Carefully remove the old line, taking note of how it's connected. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. Use the swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Once installed, check for any leaks and make sure the line is securely in place. For maintenance, regularly wipe down the PVC finish to keep it looking clean. Inspect the brake line for any signs of damage or wear, especially after long rides or if you've been in rough conditions. If you notice any issues, contact our customer service. Also, keep in mind that while the line is factory - tested to 1500 psi, don't subject it to extreme pressure beyond what a normal braking situation would require.
