Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, noting how they are attached. Then, install the new lines, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Once installed, check for any leaks and make sure the lines are securely held in place by the rubber grommets. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of wear or damage. You can easily clean the wipe - clean PVC finish with a soft cloth. If you notice any issues like a decrease in brake performance or visible damage to the lines, replace them as soon as possible.
