Using this AS3 exhaust seal kit is easy. First, make sure your bike's engine is cool. Remove the old exhaust springs and rubber seals from the connection between the header pipe and the silencer. Then, install the new 304 stainless - steel springs with swivel ends. These swivel ends make it easier to fit the springs properly. Next, place the rubber seal in the right position between the header pipe and the silencer, and put on the 4 rubber O - rings. When you're done, double - check that everything is tightly in place. As for maintenance, periodically check the springs for any signs of rust or damage. If the rubber parts start to look worn out, it's a good idea to replace them. And always store the extra parts in a dry place to keep them in good condition.
