Product Detail

The AS3 Performance Factory Series clutch covers are a top - notch upgrade for your Gas Gas motocross and enduro bikes. These covers are precision CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium, making them significantly stronger and more durable than the standard OEM clutch covers. They've been hard anodised, which is great for resisting wear from boots and dirt rubbing against the outer face. The covers feature laser - etched AS3 Performance Factory Series branding, adding a touch of style. This clutch cover fits multiple Gas Gas models including the 2022 - 2023 MC 250, 2021 - 2023 EC 250, 2022 - 2023 EX 250, 2021 - 2023 EC 300, and 2021 - 2023 EX 300. Installation is a breeze as it uses the original bolts and gasket. Many of our sponsored motocross and enduro riders trust this product. The clutch cover you see in the picture is exactly what you'll receive. Click here to read our AS3 Media post about the features and benefits of installing this clutch cover. Using your AS3 Performance Factory Series clutch cover is easy. First, gather all the necessary tools like a wrench to remove the old clutch cover. When removing the old cover, make sure to keep track of the bolts and the gasket. Once the old cover is off, place the new AS3 clutch cover in its place and use the original bolts and gasket to secure it. Make sure it's tightened properly but don't over - tighten. As for maintenance, regularly check the cover for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any dirt or debris on it, simply clean it with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they might damage the anodised finish. When riding in extreme conditions, it's a good idea to inspect the cover more frequently. This will help ensure that your clutch cover stays in top condition and keeps your bike running smoothly.
