Product Detail

AS3 Performance Factory Series clutch covers are a game - changer for your KTM motocross or enduro bike. These covers are precision CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium, making them stronger and more durable than standard OEM covers. They're hard anodised, which means they can resist wear from boots and dirt rubbing against the outer face. You'll also notice the cool laser - etched AS3 Performance Factory Series branding. These covers fit a wide range of KTM models from 2011 to 2017, including the 250 SX - F, 250 EXC - F, 350 SX - F, and 350 EXC - F. Installation is a breeze as you can use the original bolts and gasket. Many of our sponsored motocross and enduro riders rely on these covers. The clutch cover you see in the picture is exactly what you'll get. We always recommend installing a new gasket with our clutch covers, and you can find the right one here. Click here to read about the features and benefits of our AS3 Performance clutch covers and here to view our full range of billet aluminium clutch covers for KTM bikes.

Using your AS3 Performance Factory Series clutch cover is easy. First, gather the original bolts and a new gasket (we recommend getting a new one). Remove the old clutch cover from your KTM bike using the appropriate tools. Then, place the new AS3 clutch cover in position and secure it with the original bolts. Make sure it's firmly in place. When it comes to maintenance, the hard - anodised surface resists a lot of wear, but it's still a good idea to clean it regularly with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth. Check the bolts periodically to ensure they're tight. If you notice any excessive wear or damage, replace the cover as soon as possible. This will keep your bike's clutch system in top - notch condition and ensure a smooth riding experience.
