The PN 3.0 is an exciting new saddle that will elevate your cycling experience. Built on our Performance Narrow chassis, we've incorporated feedback from pro athletes to create the next step in saddle design. With a slightly wider 120mm rear end and an updated shape, it's so comfortable you'll hardly notice it's there.
Just like other PN saddles, the PN 3.0 offers excellent clearance for your thighs and hamstrings. This allows you to move more freely around the seat, making it perfect for taking fast corners. And like all ISM saddles, it's nose - less, designed to relieve pressure on soft tissue. This ensures better blood flow, no genital numbness, and a healthier, more enjoyable ride.

This saddle isn't suitable for cyclists with a high seat position or those who ride very far forward on the saddle. The recommended seat height requires a 32 - 37 degree knee bend. If you ride with a straight leg or minimal bend, we suggest choosing a different ISM saddle.

Using this saddle is easy. Just install it on your road or time - trial bike as you would with any other saddle. Make sure to adjust the seat height so that you have a 32 - 37 degree knee bend when riding. This will ensure the best comfort and performance.
When riding, you'll notice the great thigh and hamstring clearance, which allows you to move freely around the seat. Enjoy the comfortable ride without worrying about pressure on sensitive areas.
As for maintenance, keep the saddle clean. Wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth after each ride. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the material. If the saddle gets wet, dry it thoroughly to prevent rust on the stainless - steel alloy rails. Also, regularly check the tightness of the rails to ensure they are secure.
