To use these Castelli knee warmers, simply slide them up over your knees. They're flexible enough to bend with your movements during activities. When it comes to maintenance, hand - wash them in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fabric. After washing, lay them flat to dry. Don't wring them out to prevent shape distortion. Also, store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
