Using these Castelli leg warmers is easy. Just slide them up over your legs until they sit comfortably around your knees. They're great for cycling in cooler weather. When it comes to maintenance, you can machine - wash them on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the Nano Light fabric. Hang them to dry to keep their shape. Remember, these warmers are designed to bend well around your knees, so don't force them into a shape that's too tight. If you notice any signs of wear, it might be time to replace them.
