Product Detail

The Hiko Ascent is an incredibly fast, functional, and comfortable e - bike. Ideal for taller riders (height from 5 foot 10 inches to 6 foot 3 inches), it features a large 19' frame and 27.5' wheels, along with wide, knobbly tyres and 100mm Suntour XCM suspension. This setup ensures a stable ride on trails or a quick commute to work. The rear rack can hold two Hiko pannier bags, making it a versatile commuter. All Hiko Bikes have a rear brake light for safety. When you activate the brake levers, it signals to those behind that you're stopping or slowing down. Front and rear integrated lights automatically turn on in the dark. Powered by a powerful Ananda 120Nm 300W motor, the Ascent is one of the fastest hill - climbers on the market. It has a throttle assist speed of up to 35km/hr and an assist speed of 45km/hr+. Paired with an 840Wh lithium battery, it offers a range of 65 - 130km.

Using your Hiko Ascent electric bike is easy. Just turn it on and start pedaling. You can use the throttle for an extra boost when you need it. The motor will kick in to help you go faster, especially on hills. When it's dark, the front and rear lights will come on automatically, so you can see and be seen. For braking, simply squeeze the brake levers, and the rear brake light will alert others. When you're commuting, you can attach two Hiko pannier bags to the rear rack. As for maintenance, keep the battery charged regularly. Don't let it completely run out. Check the tyres for proper inflation before each ride. If you notice any issues with the suspension or brakes, it's a good idea to take it to a professional bike mechanic. Also, store the bike in a dry place to prevent rust.
