AS3 Performance rotating bar clamps are a must - have for your bike. They're designed to fit the back of your front brake master cylinder or clutch perch. The black plastic insert lets them rotate on impact, safeguarding levers, master cylinders, and clutch perches from damage. These clamps are precision - CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium and feature an anodised finish with AS3 Performance branding. They offer a universal fit with 30mm between the bolt - hole centers. Comes with 2 installation bolts as shown. Used by our sponsored riders and looks great with matching anodised reservoir covers. Using your AS3 rotating bar clamp is easy. First, make sure the area on the back of your front brake master cylinder or clutch perch is clean. Then, place the clamp in position with the 30mm bolt - hole centers aligned. Insert the 2 bolts provided and tighten them securely. When riding, the plastic insert will rotate on impact to protect your levers. As for maintenance, regularly check the bolts for tightness. If the anodised finish gets dirty, you can gently clean it with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. Also, keep an eye on the plastic insert. If it shows excessive wear, it may need to be replaced.
