Product Detail

Upgrade your braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these brake lines not only boost performance but also offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2013 - 2017 Kawasaki 300 Ninja (Non ABS) models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for line placement, improved brake feel and responsiveness, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch. Custom colors and orders are available upon request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line hose is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully, following your bike's manual. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. The stainless steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the angle for a perfect fit. When you're done, fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid as recommended by your bike's manufacturer. For safety, always bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles before riding. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear, like cuts or leaks. Wipe it down with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. If you notice any issues, replace the brake line right away. Also, keep in mind that the custom - color options are available on request, so you can get a unique look for your bike.
