Product Detail

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your braking system. Every AS3 Venhill brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones feature stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder each time. These brake lines fit multiple Husqvarna models from 2017 to 2025, including TE 125, TX 125, TE 150, and more. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. They're DOT and TUV approved, come with 4 copper washers, and are backed by a 12 - month warranty from a UK company. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using your AS3 Venhill front brake line hose is straightforward. First, make sure your Husqvarna motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully and install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless steel swivel unions to ensure proper alignment with the caliper and master cylinder. After installation, bleed the brake system to get rid of any air. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for signs of wear, such as cuts or leaks. Keep the line clean and free from dirt and debris. If you notice any issues with the braking feel or performance, have it inspected right away. Store the brake line in a dry place if it's not in use. Remember, this product is DOT and TUV approved, but always follow the safety guidelines and have it installed by a professional if you're not confident in doing it yourself.
