Product Detail

Enhance your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, they feature stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These lines fit multiple Gas Gas models from 2021 - 2025 with Brembo front brakes. Their features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with swivel unions for a perfect fit, and they come with 4 copper washers. They are DOT and TUV approved, backed by a 12 - month warranty from a UK company. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The photos are stock, but the part you get will match the listed models.

Using your AS3 Venhill front brake line hose is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line to the caliper and master cylinder. Use the stainless - steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Don't forget to add the provided copper washers. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Keep the brake line clean, and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals. Also, ensure the brake fluid is at the correct level. This will help keep your braking system working well. Remember, this brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets high standards, so it should serve you well as long as you take proper care of it.
