Product Detail

Enhance the look and performance of your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and responsiveness of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, enabling you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. These lines not only offer a performance boost but also a visual upgrade with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts. They're a great replacement for most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1987 - 1993 Honda NSR 250 R MC18 & MC21 and come in a race setup with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for stability, improved brake feel, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch. Custom colors and orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. Then, install the new lines, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Check that the lines are held in place by the rubber grommets. When it comes to maintenance, regularly wipe the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Check the lines for any signs of damage or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. And remember, these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but always follow standard safety procedures when working on your brakes. If you want a custom color, just contact us, and we'll take care of it for you.
