Product Detail

Enhance your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing easy angle adjustment for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. Fits 1997 - 1998 Honda VTR 1000 F Firestorm. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and more. All parts are in stock and ready to ship. Custom colors and orders are available upon request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully from the caliper and master cylinder. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. The stainless - steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the angle for a perfect fit. After installation, check for any leaks and test the brakes gently. As for maintenance, regularly wipe the PVC finish clean to keep it looking good. Inspect the line for any signs of damage, like cuts or kinks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Also, follow the recommended brake fluid change intervals for your bike model. And remember, if you have any special requests for custom colors or orders, just let us know.
