Product Detail

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, they come with stainless steel swivel unions, enabling you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. This brake line fits 1994 - 1997 KTM 620 Duke and 1998 KTM 640 Duke II. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, 1500 psi factory testing, DOT and TUV approval. Each line comes with 4 copper washers as shown in the picture. It's from a UK company with a 12 - month warranty, all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The photos are stock, but the part you get will fit the listed models.

Using your AS3 Venhill front brake line hose is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the caliper and master cylinder where the brake line needs to be installed. Adjust the banjo angle using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Attach the brake line securely and ensure all connections are tight. When it comes to maintenance, check the brake line regularly for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line immediately. Keep the line clean by wiping it with a soft cloth from time to time. In cold weather, the brake performance might be slightly affected, so be more cautious when braking. And remember, this product comes with a 12 - month warranty, so if you have any problems, contact the UK company for assistance.
