Product Detail

AS3 Performance Factory Series clutch covers are a game - changer for your Honda motocross or enduro bike. These covers are precision CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium, making them significantly stronger and more durable than standard OEM clutch covers. The hard anodized finish is a great defense against wear caused by boots and dirt rubbing on the cover's outer face. Each cover proudly features laser - etched AS3 Performance Factory Series branding. This clutch cover is a perfect fit for 2004 - 2009 Honda CRF 250 R and 2004 - 2017 Honda CRF 250 X models. It's incredibly easy to install using the original bolts and gasket. Many of our sponsored motocross and enduro riders rely on this cover, and the one in the picture is exactly what you'll receive. We highly recommend installing a new gasket when you put on one of our clutch covers. You can find the appropriate gasket here. Using your AS3 Factory Series clutch cover is straightforward. First, gather all the necessary tools, including the original bolts and a new gasket. Carefully remove the old clutch cover from your 2004 - 2009 Honda CRF 250 R or 2004 - 2017 Honda CRF 250 X. Then, place the new gasket in position and attach the AS3 clutch cover using the original bolts. Make sure it's firmly in place but don't overtighten the bolts. As for maintenance, keep an eye on the cover's surface. The hard anodized finish helps resist wear, but if you notice any excessive dirt or debris, gently clean it with a soft cloth. Periodically check the bolts to ensure they're still tight. And remember, always use a new gasket when you install the cover to maintain its performance. This will keep your clutch cover in top shape and your bike running smoothly.
