Product Detail

Upgrade your motorcycle's braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines are crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, which eliminates hose expansion and greatly enhances the feel and response of your braking system. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines come with stainless steel swivel unions, enabling you to adjust the banjo angle slightly for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. The lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. They feature DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Each line includes 4 copper washers. The product is from a UK company with a 12 - month warranty, all parts are in stock for immediate despatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request. Photos are stock photos, but the part you receive will fit the 2023 - 2025 Gas Gas MC 65 models.

Using this AS3 Venhill rear brake line hose is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Then, carefully remove the old brake line. When installing the new line, use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten all connections securely, but don't over - tighten to avoid damage. As for the copper washers, place them as shown in the pictures. Remember to bleed the brake system after installation to ensure proper operation. For maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear, such as cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line immediately. Keep the line clean to prevent dirt and debris from affecting its performance. Store the motorcycle in a dry place to avoid rust and corrosion. If you have any custom color or order needs, just contact the UK company and they'll assist you.
