Product Detail

Enhance your motorcycle's braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and responsiveness of your braking system. Each AS3 Venhill brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones feature stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. This brake line fits 2006 - 2023 KTM 50 SX and 2020 - 2023 KTM SX - E 5 models. Its features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. It's DOT and TUV approved, comes with 4 copper washers, and is backed by a 12 - month warranty from a UK company. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The provided photos are stock images, but you'll receive the correct part for your model.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the caliper and master cylinder where the brake line will be installed. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Then, connect the brake line securely, making sure to use the provided copper washers. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or leaks. Keep it clean from dirt and debris. If you notice any issues, contact the UK company for support under the 12 - month warranty. Always follow local safety regulations when working on your motorcycle's braking system. And remember, custom colors and orders are available if you have specific needs.
