Product Detail

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, enhancing the feel and response of your braking system. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike other brake lines, they feature stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. These brake lines fit various KTM 690 models from 2007 - 2013. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with swivel unions, and a 12 - month warranty. They come with 4 copper washers, are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using this AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. Align the new brake line using the stainless - steel swivel unions to get the perfect fit. Tighten the connections securely, and don't forget to use the included copper washers. After installation, bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles. When it comes to maintenance, check the brake line regularly for signs of wear, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Keep the brake line clean, and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals. This brake line is built to last, but following these steps will ensure it serves you well for a long time.
