Product Detail

Enhance your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, they come with stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. This brake line fits 2021 - 2025 KTM 85 SX (Small Wheel 17/14) and 2021 - 2025 KTM 85 SX (Big Wheel 19/16). Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, 4 copper washers per line, a 12 - month warranty from a UK company, in - stock parts for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders available on request. The photos are stock, but the part you receive will match the listed models.

Using this brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old rear brake line on your 2021 - 2025 KTM 85 SX (either small or big wheel). Carefully remove the old line, being cautious not to spill brake fluid. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. After installation, bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles. This will ensure your brakes work smoothly. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line immediately. Also, keep the line clean from dirt and debris. The copper washers should be replaced if they show signs of wear. This brake line is built to last, but proper care will help it perform at its best for a long time.
