Using these Castelli shoe covers is easy. Just slip them over your shoes before your time trial or road race. Make sure the flat polyurethane tape at the top is snug so the cover stays in place. When the temperature is between 10°C - 30°C (50°F - 86°F), they're at their best. For maintenance, hand - wash them in cool water with mild detergent. Don't wring them out; instead, gently press out the excess water. Hang them to dry in a shaded area. Avoid using harsh chemicals or putting them in the dryer as this can damage the silicone - coated fabric and the grooved Lycra®. Keep them away from sharp objects to prevent tears.
